This week second graders will be covering the following in Spanish class:

• Exchanging information  (What is your name?  Where are you from?  How are you? What do you like?  When is your birthday?  What day is today/tomorrow/yesterday?  What is the weather like? What is your favorite...? What is he/she wearing? What sports do you play?)
• Continue learning the names for various athletic activities in Spanish
• Use simple sentences to tell what sports we play
• Begin learning the names for body parts and organs in Spanish
  
• Begin learning various cultural information about Colombia
