Kicking Off a New School Year

Summit second graders are asking for donations of new or gently used shoes.  This first service project for the 2011-2012 school year will benefit children and adults in Nicaragua through Project H.O.P.E’s Share-Your-Shoes Campaign. The shoe drive will begin on September 1st and continue until September 15th.  Large bins will be located on the first floor for students to drop their shoe donations in upon arrival at school.   Shoes with laces should be tied together.  Thank you in advance for your donation!
