Wonders of Wildlife

Yesterday, first grade students enjoyed a visit from Wonders of Wildlife as they brought live animals to explain animal appetites, food chains, and food webs. Through the outreach experience, students discussed the difference between herbivores, omnivores, and carnivores.  Constructing their own food chains, they identified producers, consumers, and decomposers.
