Sole Food…Shoeing Away Hunger

Thank you to our Summit families for already donating over 100 pairs of shoes to the Sole Food campaign!  Students have until Friday, November 14th to  bring in used shoes (of any kind without holes),  and place them in the collection bins located in the lobby. These shoes will be sold, and the profits will go toward buying food for the hungry in third world countries.  Summit high school students Emily Peabody and Krista Shimizu have organized this used shoe drive benefiting Friends Against Hunger. For more information check out their website.
