Happy Friday!

What a wonderful Friday it was in First grade! As we finish up week 2, we are wrapping up reviewing things we learned last year in Kindergarten. And what better way to do this than by playing sight word fly swat?! The kids had a blast swatting the sight words as they were called out; working on our quick recall skills.  At the end of the day, we had our first parent Mystery Reader and the kids were on their toes all day as we read more clues.  Thank you Mr. Zamora for coming in and reading “The Day The Crayons Quit”.  It is one of our favorite books!
