To finish out yoga for 2022, we played yoga bingo this week. The kids really enjoyed it. Each child is given a card, and we all take turns picking a pose card (like a bingo number would be). We each do that pose and find it on the card. In some cases, we even spell out the pose to help make it easier to locate on the card.
I hope you all have a wonderful break and I can’t wait to see the students back in 2023.
