We\u2019ve used fun activities like role-playing and drawing to represent how we feel in different situations. We have also learned some words and phrases in Spanish to describe our emotions, such as &#8220;Estoy feliz&#8221; (I am happy) or &#8220;Me siento triste&#8221; (I feel sad).<br \/><br \/><strong>Why is it important to reflect on our emotions?<\/strong> Reflecting on how we feel helps us understand ourselves and others better. We all experience a variety of emotions, and sharing them can strengthen our relationships. In class, we have discussed how it is normal to feel a range of emotions and that we are not alone in our feelings.<br \/><br \/>At the end of our lessons, we encourage each student to <strong>express their emotions<\/strong> openly and honestly. Remember, all emotions are valid and are part of being human!
