We learned all about how roller coasters work\u2014how they need <\/span><b>speed<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, <\/span><b>gravity<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">, and <\/span><b>loops<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> to make them exciting and safe.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">With Qweebi, we got to:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><b>Design<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> our own roller coaster tracks.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Choose how high, low, twisty, or loopy we wanted them to be.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Test our designs to see if they worked\u2014would the coaster make it to the end?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">We discovered that roller coasters need <\/span><b>just the right balance<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> of height and speed. Some of us made super-fast coasters, while others focused on big loops and fun twists. It felt like solving a puzzle to make everything work!<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Ask your child:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">What was the trickiest part of designing their coaster?<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Did their coaster work on the first try, or did they need to fix something?<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">Using Qweebi was a blast, and it taught us to think like engineers\u2014<\/span><b>design, test, and improve<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">. Who knows? Maybe one day, one of us will build a real roller coaster!\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><b>At home:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> Try sketching your own dream roller coaster and think about how it might work. Could it have loops, drops, or twists?
