October Challenge and This Week’s Warm-up

The physical challenge for the month of October is to run, jog, skip, or gallop half of the track (200 meters) without stopping to walk or rest. Most students have been able to achieve this challenge within two weeks for starting! The rest of the students have significantly improved the distance they can go without stopping.
I am so PROUD of all of my students!

Here is a through back Warm-up song we did this week! It has a Frankenstein Walk and Superman Side to Side.
