Super Summer Countdown
Today kicks off our official Super Summer Countdown! Beginning today we will pop one balloon each day to see what our special super summer surprise will be for the next day. Just before rest time Beginners were so excited to pop the #10 balloon to find out that tomorrow we will have recess with Mr. G! Stay tuned each day to see what is coming next!
Library Visit – Summer Reading Program
This morning Ms. Michelle and her friend Mr. Joe cam to visit us from the Library Center. They were here to tell us all about the summer reading program! This awesome opportunity kicks off on May 17th and I would like to encourage EVERY Beginner to take part in this program. All you need to do is go by the library to pick up the game card or you can register online. You will keep track of your reading time and then earn amazing prizes throughout the summer. It is SO important that Beginner friends are reading all summer long so that they can keep their “school brain” active and growing in preparation for PreK.
