Indoor Activities

Ice, ice baby! Sorry I couldn’t resist! 🙂 Listed are a few more ideas for our day inside. Reference back to our blog for other suggestions if you need to.

  1. Today is the perfect day to watch Frozen! Make sure you sing along to all the songs.
  2. Play with play dough. Make worms and snakes to help build your hands strength. If you have any play dough utensils, practice cutting.
  3. YouTube Yoga for kids!
  4. Create a racecar track using painters tape. Make it large so your child will be pushing their cars all over the place!
  5. Use plastic cups and stack them up. Add play animals to make a habitat.
  6. Put a puzzle together.
  7. Play hide and seek with your family.
  8. Your dance party can become a freeze dance. Stop the music and you freeze! Start the music again and get moving until the music stops and you need to freeze again.
  9. GoNoodle is a great way to get some wiggles out!
  10. Make friendship bracelets

These are all just a few more suggestions! I hope you have a safe and warm day!
