Raven Reach Out Day

Our class recently had an exciting trip to the Watershed Center as part of our school’s Raven Reach Out Day!

During our visit, students split their time between learning the process of planting seeds, where they got their hands dirty and discovered the fundamentals of gardening, and embarking on a nature walk, exploring the diverse flora and fauna that thrive in the area. This blend of activities not only enriched our appreciation for the environment, but also fostered a sense of teamwork and connection to the natural world. It was wonderful to get families involved, and a great way to end our week before Fall Break!
