Leadership Ranch

Upper School students had a fantastic trip to Leadership Ranch this morning! Mr. Tim and his team did a wonderful job facilitating teamwork “games” for our groups of students. Sixth and seventh grade students worked together in three teams, and eighth and high school students worked together in two teams.

After the field trip and a much needed lunch break, students gathered in their advisory groups to debrief. They mentioned how the morning helped them to see the strengths in others, to work cooperatively, to communicate clearly, and to trust each other. Teachers are excited to see these lessons applied throughout the year!
