Rainy Recess

We enjoyed a chilly and damp recess this morning on the playground.  A few moments from our play are captured in the photo gallery below.  Getting back into the school routine after a break usually takes a day or two.  One scholar exclaimed, “Miss Renfroe, I’ve been gone from school so long that I forgot how to use a pencil!”  Ha!  Although that isn’t usually the case… we do sometimes forget how to keep our bodies safe and be respectful throughout the school day.  Today we focused on remembering the skills and routines we’ve been working to improve all school year.  We also added a new organ to our body map projects.  Take a deep breath in….. and out….. and ask your  Kinder to share what they learned!

Chaperones Needed:  Kindergarten is taking a field trip on Wednesday, December 14.  Check your email for more details!  I would love to have at least 5 chaperones to help make this trip successful and safe.

ISACS Survey:  You should also see another email from Mr. Gronniger about the ISACS survey.  If you haven’t yet, please take the time to fill out the online survey.  This helps our school by giving valuable feedback and insight for our continuous betterment. Survey due by THIS WEDNESDAY (Nov. 30).
