Kindergarten Music, November 7-9

Kindergarteners have been singing some Fall activity songs such as “Ten Little Turkeys” (which involves math!), and on Monday, they made hand turkey drawings to complement this song, labeling their finger numbers for future keyboard work. They also correctly identified this week’s Mystery Rhythm as belonging to the song “Head and Shoulders, Knees and Toes.” They are doing pre-music-reading work, learning to identify space notes and line notes.
