Social Studies Update

Middle school students are preparing for quizzes this week. In history class, quizzes ask students to utilize their skills of thesis-building and connection between ideas. Eighth grade is first up with a quiz today, and sixth and seventh grade both have quizzes on Thursday. We’ve practiced with different study skills over the last several days, and they continue to show progress in their understanding.

Additionally, middle school is having an election for Student Council today! Eleven students are running for six representative positions, and their campaign posters have been fabulous. We’re all excited to see the outcome!
