Spring Weather

History classes took their learning outside yesterday to take advantage of the beautiful weather. Students (and their teacher) enjoyed listening to the birds and feeling the sun while continuing to learn about the Civil War and Reconstruction. They’re continuing to utilize primary sources to support their understanding, as well as occasionally visiting the historical novel The Land. They’ve had wonderful questions about this era, and their critical thinking is on display in each class period. There is much to understand, and they’re doing the work!
