It\u2019s been an exciting first few weeks of school!
\nFourth through Eighth graders have already finished their first projects exploring positive and negative space, and depth. Check them all out!<\/p>\n

Lower Elementary, Early Learners \u2013 3rd<\/span> grade,\u00a0<\/a>started the year with drawing a self portrait and then we used warm colors to paint the face and hair and painted our backgrounds with cool colors. \u00a02nd<\/span> and 3rd<\/span> grade students created a 3-D house sculpture this week and all students watched a video introducing Thank you X, an artist who creates murals using a cube shape. \u00a0Each class in lower elementary will be creating a cube and they will all be displayed together. \u00a0Photos will be coming soon.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
