This week, middle school continued their work on their research papers by learning about crafting proper thesis statements, the building blocks of a solid introductory paragraph, and how to craft strong transition statements to help their readers navigate their paper’s sub-topics. We will continue next week with learning about proper MLA In-Text Citations and inserting direct quotes, summaries, and paraphrases into their work.
