Persuasive Writing Contest: Why Sports Matter

Motivate students to produce writing that they truly care about polishing—and keep them writing at home! Students will craft an essay argument about how sports positively impacted or inspired them, plus explore what it means to be a good sport, on and off the field. Entering this essay contest gives teachers and students a
