In this class students will learn about the scientific method and how it applies to learning about the world around them. Students will also learn about measurements and the difference between accuracy and precision. All of this will be done while learning about several branches of science, such as chemistry, biology, and physics, and by doing hands-on activities and projects throughout the year. Students will have the knowledge to carry out scientific investigations and will be able to apply the skills learned in this class in all future science classes.
