About The Instructor

Meet Mrs. Bryant

Rachael Bryant graduated from Truman State University with her Masters in Elementary Education. After graduation, she taught 3rd grade in the Park Hill School District in Kansas City for four years before moving to Springfield with her husband to be closer to family. Rachael started subbing for the Lower School at the Summit the following school year and became captivated by the school culture and early childhood education. She is thrilled to be part of the community full time.

Outside of education, Rachael loves to spend quality time with pets and family members. She also enjoys diving into ebooks, working on embroidery designs, and tackling the next exciting house project. Staying active is another key part of her routine, whether it’s walking in nature, lifting, or yoga.

Meet Ms. Vinson

Victoria Vinson earned an Associate of Arts from Ozarks Technical Community College and is currently a senior at Missouri State University, majoring in Child and Family Development with an emphasis in Child Development. After completing a school year as a substitute at The Summit Prep and teaching a variety of summer camps, she now joins us as an Early Learners Assistant. In the classroom, Ms. Vinson embraces inclusivity, aiming to inspire all students to develop a lifelong love for learning.

Outside the classroom, she enjoys several different art mediums, exploring the outdoors, visiting local farmers markets, volunteering with local organizations, solving puzzles, and spending quality time with her family.
