From Blueprint to Business

On our visit to Trinity Stainless, we were able to see the full journey of a product — from idea to customer. The design process begins with identifying a need and creating detailed digital plans that balance function, durability, and efficiency. From there, we stepped onto the manufacturing floor, where raw steel is carefully cut, welded, polished, and assembled using both advanced machinery and skilled craftsmanship. Finally, we learned how the sales team connects these thoughtfully designed products with customers, building relationships and ensuring the right solutions reach businesses and organizations. This real-world experience directly connects to the research and preparation we’re doing for our Innovation Expo next Wednesday, helping us better understand how ideas become impactful products. We also enjoyed a special catered lunch from Chick-fil-A, which made the day even more memorable. Thank you, Trinity Stainless, for your generous hospitality and for investing in our learning!
