Student Recognitions!

47 Ribbons at the LAD Fair!

The LAD Fair is our region’s annual writing and art competition for students K-12 across Southwest Missouri, and this year our 3rd grade class brought home an outstanding 47 ribbons!

This achievement reflects the hard work students have put in all year. Our poetry unit alone produced some truly impressive results, with students earning recognition in haiku, acrostic, limerick, tanka, free verse, and narrative poetry. Students also shone in essay writing and in art categories!

I am so proud of every student who participated!
