Greetings 2nd grade families!

Second grade is off to a tremendous start of the school year, practicing their music skills and knowledge through singing, movement, rhythm reading and clapping, and even learning about the treble clef, bass clef, and line and space notes. However, today was probably their BEST music day so far! They respectfully listened to several classical piano music excerpts, and used words to describe the moods, emotions, and scenes they heard. They were thoughtful, creative, and astute. I am so proud of them.
