Summit Spirit Week: March 10-14
Themed Dress Out Days: Students may choose to dress out in these themes
for
NO ADDITIONAL cost!
- Monday: Pajama Day (come in your comfy clothes)
- Tuesday: Anything but a Backpack and Spirit Wear Attire (students should use some other sort of “container” to bring their items to school this day!)
- Wednesday: Anime/Animation Character Day, as chosen by our Heads of School for the Day (Dress as your favorite character from anime, games, television, movies, or books!)
- Thursday: College Day (represent your future or favorite college or collegiate team)
- Friday: Blue/Gold Day (wear your best blue and gold to show off your Summit Spirit)
Penny Wars: We will again be hosting a PENNY WAR between grade sections
(Early Learners, K/1/2, 3/4/5, Middle School, and High School)!
Each section will have a container in the lobby.
- Add pennies or cash (bills) for POSITIVE points (1 penny = 1 point, $1 bill = 100 points, $5 bill = 500 points, etc.)
- Add silver coins for NEGATIVE points (1 dime = -10 points, 1 quarter = -25 points, etc).
- The section with the most points will earn a special lunch with Dr. Heet!
- All proceeds benefit The Summit Preparatory School and our Teachers!
- The competition will last all week long and the winner will be announced on Friday afternoon!
Family Fiesta and Raven Rally on Friday, March 14 at 12pm: All families are invited to join us on campus for an all-school picnic at the Family Fiesta! We’ll hope for a nice day to be outside in the big backyard, but our classroom common spaces will be the back-up plan. At 12:30 pm, we’re hosting an epic Raven Rally for all grades and all families! We’ll enjoy cheering on members of our community in a few Minute-to-Win-It styles competition and then watch as Mrs. Teed gets her hair chopped off by Annie and Brooks Johnson (winners of this experience at the Fall 2024 Gala). We hope to see you there!
