Cultivating Creativity

Early Learners Yellow explored several letters this week. In addition to our multisensory work, we did a couple crafts.

We made a snake for the Letter Ss and read the book the “Greedy Python”.

For the Letter Pp, the students made  their own pizzas! Yummy!!!

We read the book “The Foolish Tortoise” for the letters Ff and Tt. The children were excited to create their own tortoise with a unique shell.

Sink or Float-STEM Experiments

This week in STEM the students got to complete their own experiments. Their faces show such wonder and concentration!

These students enjoyed working with magnets.

Math EVERYDAY!!!

There is math everywhere in our classroom. The students are exploring concepts like counting forwards and backwards. They are sorting by shape and color, and size. Next week, as a part of our All About Me unit, we will be measuring weights and heights and graphing eye color and hair color.

Enjoy your weekend!
