Our year is off to a great start in yoga. I am continuing our discussion about positive things this year and I have already introduced a few new games to play with our yoga poses. The first class of school we played “This or That” with some pose cards I had made. Last week we played a dice game and each student had an opportunity to roll the dice and do the corresponding pose that matched their number. Students quickly learned that there is no controlling the dice and ended up doing the same pose over and over. But everyone had fun!
