We kicked off third trimester today by starting research on American Symbols and creating books of facts and drawings that we will be working on this week. Students are using technology to research the five symbols they chose for their project.
Spelling lists went home today in your student’s backpack. This weeks spelling pattern is hard “c” and soft “c” words. For example: a few soft c words: center, cider, nice; and a few hard c words: candle, cabin, cactus. Remember Spelling tests will be on Fridays each week.
