Lap Book Reveiws

This week we finished our novel, “From the Mixed-Up Files of Mrs. Basil E. Frankweiler.” We are creating a homemade tri-folds that are our book reviews of the novel. Students have recalled details from the novel to share with others and have made connections to other texts, themselves, and the world using this novel. They have shared traits about their favorite main character, a picture of their favorite scene, and even created a new cover picture for the book. Students are excited to share their reviews with each other! They have used the CUPS method to make sure that they have punctuation, correct spelling, and have capitalized words that need capitals.
