Wednesday, April 3rd in Early Learners: Sssss…Silly Snakes!

SILLY SNAKE
(sing to the tune Jingle Bells)

Silly snake, silly snake, sing your very best.
Sing about the things you know that start with letter S!
Stinky socks, soapy soup, sailboats in the snow.
Sorry, but I have to stop.
That’s all the stuff I know!

It’s sssssuch a wonderful week to explore the letter Ss!  Snakes, saxophones, slippers, sunshine!  Those are just a few of the words we’ve mentioned so far!  After tracing the letter S, Early Learners cut out a large letter S and turned it into a slithery green snake!

Explore the letter S at home!

  • Ask your child to come up with 5 words that begin with S
  • Do any days of the week start with letter S?
