LAD Fair results were announced, and our class’s book, “Our City,” was awarded first place in the Original Illustrated Book By a Group category. This achievement is a testament to the creativity and dedication of the Adventures as they wrote about their urban community buildings. The LAD Fair, an annual event in Southwest Missouri, celebrates the literary and artistic talents of K-12 students, drawing over 6,500 entries across more than 80 categories. Winning first place is a notable accomplishment and speaks volumes about the hard work our students poured into their writing and drawings.
