Entrepreneurs in Action: 4th Grade Secures a Loan!

It’s official! The Summit 4th Grade Class has procured a business loan to purchase materials for production for our Market Day—we are so excited! Today, we had a special visitor, Mrs. Linda from the Summit Financial Office. Our fourth-grade entrepreneurs asked for a $250 loan and got to pitch their ideas while Mrs. Linda listened carefully. After some thoughtful discussion, the class officially signed a contract to repay the loan in one lump sum after the Fourth Grade Market. Mrs. Linda was super generous and didn’t charge any interest! It was such a fun, hands-on way for students to practice entrepreneurship, decision-making, and financial responsibility.
