Kindergarten through 2nd Grade Warm-Up Song

Hello Summit Family! This week, I wanted to share how we start our Kindergarten through 2nd Grade P.E. classes. We start by finding our sit spots, doing a quick overview of our unit, and then we warm-up with a song!

Here is one of the songs we get moving with:

After we get our hearts pumping with the song, we start to stretch. The students are so fortunate to have a Yoga once a week outside of P.E. Class. They can choose to follow my stretches or show me what stretches they do during Yoga.
Once we are done stretching, we line out to head outside for our lesson and activity!
