Activities For Your Early Learner

A few more ideas for your Early Learner! ๐Ÿ™‚

  1. Practice rhyming words. Go around the room with your family and see how many all of you can make.
  2. Practice opposites!
  3. Cut two or three different colors of construction paper into strips. Create a chain and make it a pattern.
  4. Build with Legos.
  5. Ladle lift. Get two large bowls, baskets or anything that will hold objects and water. Fill one with water and whatever objects you can think of. Use a ladle to transfer the objects from the bowl with water to the one without. This will work on hand/eye coordination and motor skills.
  6. National Geographic for Kids on You Tube has so many interesting things to watch.
  7. Use a hole punch and some paper to strengthen your child’s hands. They love to hole punch! Speaking from experience, put something under where they are punching out the holes! ๐Ÿ™‚
  8. Play I-spy!
  9. Work on your Valentine’s Day box and Valentine’s for your friends.
  10. Have fun! Play, dance, draw, paint! Whatever you can think of to have fun!!
