A few more ideas for your Early Learner! ๐
- Practice rhyming words. Go around the room with your family and see how many all of you can make.
- Practice opposites!
- Cut two or three different colors of construction paper into strips. Create a chain and make it a pattern.
- Build with Legos.
- Ladle lift. Get two large bowls, baskets or anything that will hold objects and water. Fill one with water and whatever objects you can think of. Use a ladle to transfer the objects from the bowl with water to the one without. This will work on hand/eye coordination and motor skills.
- National Geographic for Kids on You Tube has so many interesting things to watch.
- Use a hole punch and some paper to strengthen your child’s hands. They love to hole punch! Speaking from experience, put something under where they are punching out the holes! ๐
- Play I-spy!
- Work on your Valentine’s Day box and Valentine’s for your friends.
- Have fun! Play, dance, draw, paint! Whatever you can think of to have fun!!
