Culture Day 2024!

The Early Learners Blue classroom spent the morning learning about many different Spanish speaking cultures that can be found all around the United States! The Early Learner students were instructed by upper-school students in interesting and relevant activities having to do with some aspect of the culture of their particular area. The students taste tasted some new foods, participated in races, painted, made crafts, and played games! Here are some great pictures that showcase the wonderful memories that were made!

I enjoyed witnessing new learning happening but what I really loved the most about this morning was watching the upper-school students interact with the Early Learners and come along side them in whatever activity they were doing and help them. I saw so many smiles and I know my students really enjoy anytime they can spend with the upper-school students! What a great experience for all of the students involved!
