High School Culinary Arts

High School Culinary Arts has had a semester full of exploring a variety of foods from pasta and dumplings made from scratch (including the noodles and dumpling wrappers) to strawberry cake and chocolate cookies. Steamed custard buns and pad thai were also unique foods that were made. Through it all the students improved their skills in reading recipes, measuring ingredients, washing dishes. They also tried new foods, despite some hesitancy and had an enjoyable time having conversations about life.
