WashU Campus Visit

High school students had the chance to visit WashU in St. Louis on Wednesday. Before we stopped at campus, we visited the Delmar Loop and enjoyed a lunch at Fitz’s – now a favorite stop for Ms. Becky and Mrs. Smith! Students enjoyed a variety of lunches paired with mammoth ice cream floats. On campus, we got a chance to grab all manner of swag (including gummy bears!), hear an engaging presentation on all things WashU, and then walk around to see the gorgeous architecture, green spaces, and amenities offered by this university. Students even got a peek at an original copy of the Declaration of Independence, tucked away in a library. Many thanks to the three volunteer drivers who helped to make this trip possible!
