High School Math Update

Algebra 1

Our rules of exponents section is done and dusted and we are now going towards the beginnings of what Algebra 2 will encompass. The back half of this semester will go into rationalization, factoring and quadratics.

Algebra 2

After a few weeks of instruction and our first project, we are through our section on logarithms. Our next section will be going towards the beginning on trigonometry which will likely take most of the rest of this semester. If time permits, we will go into statistics and implementation as well as learning how to graph by hand for more advanced equations.

Calculus

Calculus is currently working on finding the derivate of problems with the quotient rule, ideally moving towards integration with limits in the near future. Applying these ideas to real world problems and solving them to the best of their ability.
