Outdoor Cooking Elective

Last week in the High School Outdoor Cooking elective students went on a foraging walk with local wild edibles expert and chef, Dyllan Dale. Students explored a piece of private property along the James River learning about edible and non-edible flora. Then, Dyllan joined us at the school to cook up the foraged items we found the day before. Students enjoyed watercress pasta and pawpaw ice cream.
