7/8 Integrated Math Update

Middle school students officially wrapped up their study of Galileo and discovering the laws of motion this week. They have since been working hard on demonstrating their mastery of statistics and data analysis by completing a survey project comparing two populations. Students started with something they wondered about their peers, such as how many hours they spend on electronics, how many songs are on their biggest playlist, or how many hours they spend on homework. They then collected and analyzed the data and are in the process of putting the information on a poster to present to the class. Students will have Monday and Tuesday in class to finish their presentations which are due Wednesday morning. Thursday will kick off our study of probability.
