Middle School World History

Middle school historians have been studying primary sources from Africa and Asia over the past few classes. We’ve taken advantage of the beautiful weather and gone outside to hear the stories of Sinbad, read letters from Affonso I, and learn about the House of Wisdom in Baghdad. All of this has gone far to prepare them for their first assessment on Wednesday.

Today, sixth grade learned the classic Summit history game “Popcorn,” which is essentially a history version of Taboo using terminology. As part of this study preparation, students also practiced a Quizlet Live covering their terms.
