Science Update

Middle School Life Science
Students have just wrapped up their cell analogy projects, exhibiting a good understanding of cell organelles and their functions through an engaging project. After a mini-unit reviewing the parts of the scientific method, students will begin to explore the synthesis of proteins.

High School Physics
Students are in the midst of analyzing and calculating total resistance, current, and voltage for parallel, series, and complex circuits.  Following an assessment next week, students will begin to learn about scalars and vectors, as well as the basics of 1-dimensional motion.
