Culture/Geography

This week in Culture/Geography, seventh and eighth graders have been testing their knowledge of world geography through Trashketball. Students went to Seterra and chose from a list of quizzes about the world. Based on the percentage correct on their quiz, they earned shots to take to try and earn points for their team. Continents/oceans, wonders/landmarks, and the thirty most populous countries were met with the most success. Rivers, deserts, mountains, and islands proved to be somewhat difficult. You can test your own knowledge using the Seterra quizzes here.

(For those who have been eagerly awaiting the answers to the previous post, they are 1. Moscow, 2. Mexico City, 3. Seattle, 4. Minneapolis, and 5. Ankara)
