Art & Community

Middle schoolers in art & community are working towards creating a tote bag with a message. After studying artists that communicate with their art, each student selected something they are passionate about. Using these individual topics, students designed a graphic to communicate their message. Keeping these designs in mind, the class started sewing their own tote bags. Next, they will be able to transfer their designs to the fabric, making a wearable piece of art that spreads a message!
