Math Fundamentals – 6th Grade

Recently, our 6th graders have continued their journey with fractions by learning how to add, subtract, and multiply them. Students are beginning to apply their knowledge of fractions to real-world scenarios.

Integrated Math – 7th Grade

This week, our 7th graders have been deepening their understanding of percentages. They’ve been practicing converting between fractions, decimals, and percents, as well as applying these skills to calculate markups and discounts.

Foundations for Algebra – 8th Grade

This week, our 8th graders kicked off their unit on geometry. They’ve been learning how to calculate angles in various shapes and exploring concepts like symmetry. The highlight has been creating their own tessellations, which allowed them to combine creativity with mathematical reasoning.
