6th Grade Ecology
Students have been busy learning how to identify plants in the backyard of the school. The goal is to have a working knowledge of over thirty species we have found back there!

7th and 8th Grade Physical Science
What are the variables that affect the time period of a pendulum? This is the experimental question students have been attempting to answer through experiment. The variables they are testing include the length of the string, the mass of the bob, and the release angle.

STEM
Students are building and testing trebuchets and catapults of their own design and seeing which one can launch a ping pong ball the furthest.
