Math Update Week 4

6th Grade

Although we have moved on from ratios, we’ll be covering them infrequently to reinforce the understanding of a very useful day-to-day topic. Our main concern now is factoring through the use of factor trees with least common multiples coming soon.

7th Grade

This class has cruised through the idea of differing types of angles like Interior, Alternate and Supplementary angles. We’re going to complement our recent understanding of dilation soon by working on scaling.

Algebra 1

Functions have been the name of the game as we have definite multiple ways of displaying and identifying what are and what are not functions. We will soon be translating these functions and their formulas.
