Math Update Week 5

6th Grade 

We have completed our section of least Common Multiples and Greatest Common Factors and will be moving into the world of Order of Operations as well as the very beginning of graphing on a coordinate plane.

7th Grade

Wrapping up our Geometry section on a short week with a test that included listing the various geometric principles that were used, we’ll be going forward into more spacial processing topics such as scaling and congruent figures.

Algebra 1

Currently in our most comprehensive section of the year, we’ve covered translating function, function notation, function determination and writing equations of lines in algebraic form. We’ll be moving into piecewise functions after break and after a few more topics, we’ll be ready for our 3rd test.
