Day of Play 2026

Yesterday, Summit students participated in the Global Day of Play. 

In the morning, Upper School students participated in various fun activities of their choosing. This included board games, puzzles, reading, drawing, ball sports, and other various fun activities. All of this happened without the use of screens (phones, computers, etc.) in an unstructured environment, giving each student latitude to explore unique interests. 

In the afternoon, students went on a field trip, to continue their fun, at Betty & Bobby Allison Sports Town. Students, along with some faculty, were able to interact with each other through various types of sports.
